E-Workshop offers a wide range of courses, these courses are assigned based on the group Matrix assigned. On top of this, some courses are assigned based on the individuals responsibilities.
Keeping track of course assignments and progress is paramount to properly managing the E-Workshop platform. To help with this, Inspire has upgraded the Live reporting page to offer more information from viewing depot wide information to role specific information down to an individuals course assignments.
This new reporting page offers the ability to drill down to specific information such as:
- Course Reports:
- What % completion are my assigned staff,
- What days did we complete the most courses,
- What is the average passing score per course – And where are your staff scoring the lowest,
- User Reports:
- Who still has courses outstanding,
- Who has completed the most/all courses,
- Who has the most courses assigned
All of the above can also be filtered based on the staffs role.

The Reporting Page:
The reporting page will look like this:
This page is split into 4 sections:
- Group – This is where you can filter by a specific staff group (Service, Parts, Admin, Etc) or leave on “All Users” to leave the reporting unfiltered.
- Reports – This section will provide overview total data, such as how many staff (AKA – Users) are assigned in total and the total unique courses assigned.
- Recent Activities – Here you can view a graph of how many courses have been completed and when they were completed (By day).
- Courses – Here you can see a breakdown of the assigned courses and their progress.

Here is an example of a populated report:

As shown (Some data has been redacted), this page shows the course progress for DSE for an Inspire test group. This page functions similar to the previous page, with various sections showing key information, in this case specifically regarding the “Display Screen Equipment” course.
A break down of the above:

Here is an example of what the user data will show when selecting a completed course:
As shown, this report shows a breakdown for the user “Jamie” specific to the course “DPA & Cybersecurity”.
On this page, I can see the exact progress completed for the course by this specific user (Jamie). It shows the lessons completed, the current status and the Avg Assessment Score.

Summary:
The new reporting page offers a wide range of additional features, all specifically designed to allow management to view all assigned staff as a whole all the way down to a single question taken by a single member of staff on a specific course.
