AIMS:
To facilitate learning and understanding of the Safe Use of Oxy-Fuel Gas Equipment (CP7)

Learning Outcomes:
– You will understand the Regulations which are relevant to the use of pressure equipment in oxy-fuel applications
– You will be able to identify the different gas types used and their properties
– You will learn about the different equipment required and used and the safety features of each piece of equipment.
– You will be aware of the Hazards and Risks associated to the use of oxy-fuel gas equipment and the control measures to be implemented to reduce the risk.
– You will be able to demonstrate the correct lighting up & closing down procedures including the checks required.
