This course is intended for all persons under the employ of The Cordwallis Group.

At the Cordwallis group, all staff have a responsibility to safeguard young and vulnerable persons on their site who are there to learn, work or develop. You must be aware of what abuse is and what forms it can take, and what the Cordwallis Group has implemented to show its commitment to safeguarding young and vulnerable persons from abuse and maltreatment.

In this e-learning lesson, you will watch a video that covers

• What is abuse and what forms can it take
• What are Cordwallis’s commitments and who is responsible.

You will also be provided with and encouraged to read through the Cordwallis Group’s safeguarding policy. You will then be required to complete a short assessment with a 75% mark required for a pass.
