1. Eligibility: Participation in the E-Workshop Awards (the “Awards”) is exclusively open to clients who utilise the E-Workshop platform (the “Platform”) for their training and development needs. E-Workshop customers are automatically entered into the awards unless written confirmation is given to Inspire stating that they do not wish to participate. 

2. Award Issuance Cycle: The Awards are conferred biannually. The evaluation period for award consideration spans six months, after which awards are issued based on the performance metrics achieved within this timeframe. Participants are advised to ensure their training activities are consistent and up-to-date to maximize their chances of receiving an award. 

Award Categories: The Awards are classified into three categories: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Eligibility for each award category is determined by the branches score in their training assessments conducted through the Platform. Specific scoring criteria and benefits associated with each award category are outlined separately. 

3. Discounts and Benefits: Award recipients are entitled to discounts on future training courses booked through HSE Academy by Inspire. The discount percentage is specific to the award category received and is non-transferable. Discounts must be used within a specified timeframe, details of which will be communicated at the time of award issuance. 

4. Award Criteria: The Awards are merit-based, and recipients are selected solely on their performance in their training. The decision of the Awards Committee is final and binding. No correspondence regarding the decision-making process will be entertained. 

5. Modification of Terms: The organiser reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the Awards without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to all participants. 

6. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Awards constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants are responsible for being acquainted with any updates or modifications to these terms.
